PR-E-CT-209 - REQUEST TO DROP OR CONTINUE HEARING, LONG CAUSE HEARING OR TRIAL BY STIPULATION (Probate). This form is used in the Superior Court of California, County of Sacramento when the parties involved in a Probate case agree to either drop or continue a scheduled hearing, long cause hearing, or trial. It also provides a section to propose new dates for these events, including hearings, settlement conferences, and trials. Requests should be emailed no less than ten (10) business days before the event. The new date and time will be emailed back to the party making the request and that person must serve all interested parties. Proposed dates for trial may be found on the court’s web and proposed dates for hearings are typically scheduled four to five months out. Form Adopted for Mandatory Use.
