Defendant is committed to the custody of the Center for Forensic Psychiatry for a period not to exceed 60 days. 3. The center shall thoroughly examine and evaluate the present mental condition of defendant in order to reach an opinion on whether defendant meets the legally established criteria of a person requiring treatment or judicial admission. 4. Within 60 days from the date of this order, the Center for Forensic Psychiatry shall file a written report with the court, defense counsel, and prosecuting official in accordance with the mental health code. 5. If defendant is subsequently hospitalized as a person requiring treatment or by judicial admission as defined in the mental health code, defendant shall not be discharged or placed on leave without first being evaluated and recommended for discharge or leave by the Center for Forensic Psychiatry. 6. a. The sheriff shall transport defendant to the Center for Forensic Psychiatry. or b. Defendant shall immediately report to the Center for Forensic Psychiatry for admission. 7.
