MM7(E) MADRID AGREEMENT AND PROTOCOL CONCERNING THE INTERNATIONAL REGISTRATION OF MARKS REQUEST FOR THE RECORDING OF A RENUNCIATION (Rule 25 of the Common Regulations) IMPORTANT 1. This request can be presented directly to the International Bureau or through the Office of the Contracting Party. 2. This request may relate to one or more but not all of the designated Contracting Parties covered by the international registration; where the holder wishes to cancel the international registration in respect of all the designated Contracting Parties for all the goods and services, a request for the recording of a total cancellation must be presented instead (form MM8). 3. One single form may be used to request the recording of a renunciation in respect of several international registrations of the same holder, provided that the designated Contracting Parties in respect of which the international registration is renounced are the same for each of the international registrations concerned.
