DC 86 -- DEMAND AND ORDER FOR REMOVAL Small Claims. This form is used in Michigan courts to request the removal of a case from the small claims division to the general civil division. The demand for removal can be made by either the plaintiff or the defendant, or their respective attorneys. The form includes sections for detailing the case number, parties involved, and addresses.
