Description

DR-322 - ORDER RE MOTION TO CONTINUE SUPPORT FOR 18-YEAR-OLD. This form is used in the Superior Court for the State of Alaska to address a motion regarding the continuation of child support payments for a child who is 18 years old. The court orders whether the motion is denied or granted. If granted, the obligor (the parent responsible for paying child support) is required to continue making payments as long as the child meets specific criteria: The child is unmarried. The child is actively pursuing a high school diploma or an equivalent level of technical or vocational training. The child is living as a dependent with the obligee parent or guardian, or their designee. The form details the obligations of the paying parent and identifies the children for whom support will continue. It includes spaces for the judge’s decision, the reasons for any denial, and certification of distribution to relevant parties such as the obligor, obligee, and, if applicable, the Child Support Enforcement Division (CSED). www.FormsWorkflow.com
