ARTICLE 2: Duration Provide the period of duration. Duration is the life expectancy of the corporation and may be a specific future date of less than 100 years. ARTICLE 3: Disclosure of Corporate Purposes A cooperative may be organized under the chapter for any lawful purpose, expect for the purpose of banking or insurance or the furnishing of electric or telephone service.
