Method of Dissolution Please check the appropriate box for the method of dissolution. Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code section 1745.51, following the adoption of a resolution of dissolution, an unincorporated nonprofit association that has a statement on file with the secretary of state shall file with the secretary of state a copy of the written notice of dissolution. Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code section 1745.55(D), following an order or judgment for the judicial dissolution of an unincorporated nonprofit association, an unincorporated nonprofit association that has a statement on file with the secretary of state shall file a certified copy of any order or judgment dissolving the association.
