No. Judgment Debtor Collections Non Wage Garnishee ORDER ON NON WAGE GARNISHMENT This cause comes before the Court for hearing on the return date for the Judgment Creditor's Non Wage Garnishment and on the Garnishee's Answers to Interrogatories. The Court has examined the Court file and finds that: the Judgment Debtor was served with the Garnishment and garnishment notice by first class mail by the Clerk or as stated in the Judgment Creditor's Certificate of Mailing,** AND the Garnishee served the Judgment Debtor with the Garnishee's Answers by first class mail prior to this date.** The Judgment Debtor fails to appear this date nor did he/she request a hearing prior to this return date as provided in the garnishment notice.
