JV-537, EDUCATIONAL RIGHTS HOLDER STATEMENT, this form is used by the educational rights holder to make written recommendations to the court. To the educational rights holder: Before each scheduled review hearing, you must do one or more of the following: (1) provide information and recommendations to the assigned social worker or probation officer, (2) make written recommendations to the court, or (3) attend the hearing and participate in those parts of the hearing that concern the child's education or developmental services. This optional form may assist you in making written recommendations to the court. Please type or print clearly in ink and submit the form well in advance of the hearing but no later than five court days before the hearing. Please provide five additional copies to the clerk.
