The Court will consider your request for dismissal of the restraining order at a hearing. All other orders will remain in full force and effect. There is no fee for this court procedure. Instructions to Petitioner: 1. Complete the attached Form FL-018, Request to Vacate Domestic Violence Restraining Order After Hearing. The Clerk of the Court will complete the Notice of Hearing section.
