Upon motion of any party, the Court may enter judgment pursuant to the terms of this agreement. 8. Plaintiff shall file a Request for Dismissal with Prejudice of the entire action as to this settling plaintiff once the properly executed Release is returned to Defendant(s) and the monies have been paid. 9.
