Depending on the type of appeal, and your relationship to the parties, this request may require review and authorization by the appellate court prior to the checking out of the record. You will be notified by the Clerk of the court's decision. If such initial request is denied, any release of the requested record shall be upon motion for release of such record which will be submitted to the appropriate appellate court for disposition.
