The Court finds such affidavit and request to be well taken and therefore ORDERS that notice of hearing on the application to change the name of the above named minor be served upon ________________ (Name if Known) by publication one (1) time in a newspaper of general circulation within Mahoning County, Ohio, pursuant to R.C. 2717.01 (A)(B) which shall appear at least 30 days prior to the hearing date.
