VETERANS ORGANIZATION ANNUAL REPORT A veterans organization that receives more than $500 during a calendar year must file the following report with the secretary of state before January 15 of the year following the year within which the funds are received. A filing fee of $50.00 must accompany this report. (Please print or type. Use additional sheets if necessary.) 1.
