JURISDICTION: (a) This Court has jurisdiction over the parties and subject matter of this action pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Oklahoma Children's Code, 10A O.S. § 1-1-101 et seq., the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act (UCCJEA), the Parental Kidnapping Prevention Act (PKPA), and the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act (UIFSA). (b) The federal and state Indian Child Welfare Acts do do not apply to these proceedings. (c) Venue is proper per 10A O.S. § 1-4-101 (B) (d) THIS ORDER SUPERSEDES ANY OTHER ORDER. II. Removal of Child(ren) from Oklahoma: Neither the Father nor the Mother may permanently remove the minor child(ren) from the State of Oklahoma without sixty (60) days prior written notice to the other parent and full compliance with the provisions of 43 O.S. §112.3. E. Child Support: Mother Father is determined to be the Obligor and is ordered to pay child support of $ per month beginning , or __ pursuant to CSEU order on or before the same day of each month thereafter until further order of this court or until the minor child(ren) reaches the age of eighteen (18) years, or until the age of twenty (20) years, so long as the child(ren) is/are regularly enrolled in and attending high school.
