IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above styled cause is hereby dismissed w ithout prejudice w ith thirty (30) days leave for the Petitioner Wife/Husband to file a Amended Petition pursuant to Chapter 61, Florida Statutes. Upon failure of the Petitioner Wife/Husband to file said Amended Petition, this Order shall act as an automatic Order of Dismissal of the Petition for Simplified Dissolution of Marriage; any further Dissolution proceedings w ould require that a new case be filed.
