Description
L.B.F. 3015-6B - PRE-CONFIRMATION CERTIFICATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH POST-PETITION OBLIGATIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH 11 U.S.C. §§ 1325(a)(8) and 1325(a)(9). This form is used in Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. It is a declaration by the debtor(s), made under penalty of perjury, confirming that they have paid all post-petition domestic support obligations (such as alimony or child support) and filed all required federal, state, and local tax returns as mandated by 11 U.S.C. § 1308. This certification must be completed and submitted before the confirmation hearing to demonstrate compliance with 11 U.S.C. §§ 1325(a)(8) and 1325(a)(9), which are prerequisites for the court to confirm a Chapter 13 repayment plan. If the hearing is postponed, the debtor(s) must update this certification if any information changes. www.FormsWorkflow.com
