CR-103 - DEED OF FULL RECONVEYANCE This form is used to officially transfer the title of a property back to the original owner (trustor) after a debt secured by a Deed of Trust has been fully satisfied. This form is executed by the Court Executive Officer or trustee, confirming that the debt has been repaid, the trust deed and related note have been canceled, and all interest in the property held by the trustee is returned to the rightful owner.
