NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:1. The settlement of the above-entitled action in the amount of $ should be and hereby is approved.2. The financial institution shall file Form 145.1, with the County Court Administrator within 5 business days of deposit, acknowledging receipt of this Order and the deposit, and that no disbursement of the funds will occur unless the court so orders.10. The financial institution shall not make any disbursement from the account(s), except upon order of the court. The funds shall be placed in a restricted/blocked account and any evidence of deposit shall bear the instruction: 223NO WITHDRAWAL OF PRINCIPAL OR INTEREST, EXCEPT BY ORDER OF THE COURT.22411. The renewal period of the certificate of deposit shall be limited to the date of the age of the minor's majority (date).12.
