PROBATE COURT OF STARK COUNTY, OHIO DIXIE PARK, JUDGE TRUST UNDER WILL OF: CASE NO. ENTRY DIRECTING DEPOSIT OF PERSONAL PROPERTY IN LIEU OF BOND AND ORDER TO INVEST FUNDS This matter came on to be heard this day on the application of , the duly appointed, qualified and acting trustee of the Trust created under the Last Will and Testament of , for an order directing him to deposit with , that part of the estate or fund described in Exhibit A to the application, to fix the amount of his bond, and to grant authority to invest. The Court finds that facts stated in the application are true. The Court finds that is an institution authorized as: a bank a building and loan association a savings and loan association a trust company under the laws of: the State of Ohio the United States of America and thereby qualified to serve as depository under the provisions of Ohio Revised Code Section 2109.13.
