Description
SUPFL 1102 - SEEK WORK ORDER. This form is used in the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Cruz, to order a party (usually in cases involving child or spousal support) to actively seek employment. The court requires the petitioner or respondent to make a good faith effort to find a job, with the goal of determining or modifying support based on the party’s ability to earn. The party must apply to a specified number of jobs each week, register with temporary agencies, keep a log of job applications, and report any employment within 48 hours to the other party or their attorney. Failure to comply may result in support being based on their earning potential. Logs must be submitted monthly and presented at the next court hearing for review. www.FormsWorkflow.com
