If the action is based upon a debt for money due and owing on a book account or other written instrument, a copy of any books of account or other written documents upon which the action is based shall be included in the bill of particulars. The bill of particulars shall be served by submitting the original to the Court where the action is pending and by mailing a copy to the requesting party or the requesting party's attorney of record.
