CIV-690 - SATISFACTION OF JUDGMENT. This form is used in Alaska's District or Superior Court to officially acknowledge that a court-ordered judgment has been paid in full or settled. The judgment creditor (the party who won the judgment) completes this form to indicate that the debt or obligation owed by the judgment debtor (the party who lost the case) has been fully satisfied, either by payment in full or by accepting a lesser amount.
