Description
D-1 - DOCKETING STATEMENT INSTRUCTIONS. This form is used in the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit to guide appellants and petitioners in completing and filing a Docketing Statement. The instructions specify the required content and filing procedures for different types of appeals, including appeals from district courts, petitions for review or applications for enforcement of agency orders, and appeals from the United States Tax Court. Appellants or petitioners must file the Docketing Statement within 14 days of filing their notice of appeal, petition for review, or application for enforcement using the court’s Electronic Case Filing System (ECF). The instructions highlight which sections of the Docketing Statement need to be completed based on the type of appeal and emphasize that as of January 1, 2019, attachments to the Docketing Statement are no longer required. www.FormsWorkflow.com
