Such search shall also include, but not be limited to, a person not recognized as a legal parent of the child(ren) but who has filed an instrument pursuant to section 4-1.2 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law acknowledging paternity with the putative father registry, has a pending paternity petition or has been identified as a parent by the other parent in a written, sworn statement.
