APPLICATION TO DISPENSE WITH SUBSEQUENT STATEMENTS OF EXPERT EVALUATION [Local Rule 66] The Guardian states that the Statement of Expert Evaluation filed indicates that to a reasonable degree of medical certainty it is unlikely that the ward's mental competence will improve. Therefore, the Guardian requests the Court to dispense with the filing of additional Statements of Expert Evaluation.
