I object to the entry of the Magistrate's Final Order in this matter on the following grounds and base my objection on the following facts: Therefore, I request that a Judge reject the Order or modify it as follows: I understand that, to appeal a Magistrate's final order, I must file an objection in the District Court within 21 days from the entry of the Order. If I do not file an objection within 21 days, I will have waived my right to object to the Order and waived my right to appeal the Order in accordance with the Maine Rules of Appellate Procedure. I understand that a copy of this Objection must be sent to the other party, or to their attorney if represented. I understand the Magistrate's Order is effective when signed and remains in effect, despite this Objection, until adopted, modified or rejected by a Judge.
