PRO 080, REQUEST TO CONTINUE PETITION HEARING AND ORDER (PROBATE), AFTER RECEIVING A RULING ON THIS SUBMISSION: (a) When Petitioner has not previously noticed/published the hearing date for the subject petition, any continued hearing date shall be used as the noticed/published date for the hearing. (b) When prior notice of hearing has been given for the petition, Petitioner must give notice of the court’s ruling to all parties who were given notice whether or not they have appeared at hearings on the petition. The notice of the court’s ruling must be made within one calendar day of receipt of the court’s ruling.
