Inventory {CM20}

CM20 - INVENTORY. This form is used in the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware for the purpose of creating an inventory of assets and income of a person with a disability who is under the guardianship of the applicant(s). The form is required to be completed and submitted within thirty (30) days of the appointment of the guardian(s). The inventory should detail the person's assets, including bank accounts, real estate, vehicles, stocks, collectibles, and monthly income sources such as Social Security, pensions, and other income.
