A copy of the Petition and the South Dakota Parenting Time Guidelines are attached to this Notice. An Order implementing the attached Guidelines will be entered, unless you file an Objection in the Clerk of Court's Office within 10 days of the service of this Notice. If you object within 10 days to the Petition, a hearing date will be set by the Clerk who will send a Notice of the hearing date to both parties. If you do wish to object to the Petition, forms are available from the clerk of court or on the UJS website at http://ujs.sd.gov. If you do not wish to object to the Petition, you do not need to take any further action.
