WAIVER OF LIEN (to be executed by a contractor or subcontractor) KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the undersigned contractor or subcontractor hereby waives, releases, and relinquishes any and all liens and claims of rights of lien upon (the "Property") owned by (the "Owner"), on account of labor or material or equipment, or any of them, or otherwise, furnished by the undersigned to, or for the account of the Property, at any time prior to the date hereof. The undersigned authorizes the Owner and/or Owner's Mortgagee and their respective successors and assigns, to plead this waiver and release to bar any suit or suits brought by the undersigned, its successors or assigns, to establish a lien upon the Property or to charge the property with a lien for labor and material and equipment, or any of them, or otherwise, done, performed, or furnished or delivered prior to the date hereof.
