FL22-0001 NOTICE OF FAMILY LAW CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCES. This form is issued by the Superior Court of California, County of Humboldt and used to inform all parties and their attorneys involved in a family law case about the inclusion of the case in the Family Law Case Management Program of the court. The notice states that the parties are required to comply with the guidelines outlined in Family Code §§ 2450-2451 and California Rule of Court 5.83.
