QUITCLAIM DEED. This form is used in the Lake County Clerk's Office in Illinois to transfer ownership of real estate from the grantor(s) to the grantee(s). The form includes spaces to enter the names and addresses of the grantor(s) and grantee(s), the amount of consideration, and the form of ownership (e.g., sole ownership, joint tenancy, tenancy in common, tenancy by the entirety).
