UD-110P - JUDGMENT—UNLAWFUL DETAINER PARTIAL EVICTION ATTACHMENT. This form is used in cases involving residential premises where the complaint includes a cause of action based on an act of abuse or violence against a tenant, their immediate family, or household member. The court makes findings related to the abuse or violence, and based on these findings, issues orders determining the guilt or innocence of the defendant(s) in the unlawful detainer. The orders may include allowing the defendant(s) to remain in tenancy with certain conditions, immediate removal and barring from the dwelling unit, and potential liability for damages.
