Form 005P - PETITION FOR ISSUANCE OF LIMITED LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION/LIMITED LETTERS TESTAMENTARY FOR A SMALL ESTATE T.C.A. § 30-4-103. A “SMALL ESTATE” is one where the value of the Decedent’s personal property does not exceed $50,000.00. You cannot transfer title to real estate by a SMALL ESTATE.
