I-942 - REQUEST FOR REDUCED FEE. You may request a reduced fee for the filing fees of the application if your documented annual household income is greater than 150 percent and not more than 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Guidelines (FPG). If multiple members of the same family are simultaneously submitting their applications for which they are requesting a reduced fee in the same package, all family members may request the reduced fee on one Form I-942. Place the completed Form I-942 on top of the batch of applications to which it applies. Do not file this form if you are requesting a full fee waiver. See Form I-912, Request for Fee Waiver.
