UNIFORM STIPULATED PROTECTIVE ORDER-INSTRUCTIONS. In order to obtain a protective order, Movant must establish good cause and confer in good faith to specify the terms of discovery and its limits, particularly as to trade secrets and protectable information under Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(c). It is strongly recommended that counsel for all parties review the applicable rules to properly implement this form.
