AOC-J-460 - JUVENILE ADJUDICATION ORDER (DELINQUENT). This form is used in North Carolina by the District Court to document and issue decisions in cases involving juveniles accused of delinquency. This form records the court's findings about the allegations against the juvenile, including the charges, evidence, and whether the allegations were proven beyond a reasonable doubt. If the court adjudicates the juvenile as delinquent, it includes an order to proceed to disposition, where penalties or interventions are determined.
