ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION ATTORNEY CERTIFICATION. This form is used in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of New York by attorneys to certify that they have discussed Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) options with their clients. According to Rule 10 of the Commercial Division Rules, the attorney must indicate whether the client presently wishes to engage a mediator to aid settlement. This certification must be served and filed pursuant to Rule 10 of the Commercial Division Rules, with a copy submitted to the court at the time of the Preliminary Conference and each subsequent Compliance or Status Conference.
