ORDER OF COURT. This form, used in the Court of Common Pleas of Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, is an Order of Court directing the defendant to undergo a forensic evaluation. The evaluation can be for determining the defendant's competency or for aiding in sentencing. If the defendant is incarcerated, the evaluation may be conducted at the Westmoreland County Prison, a contracted provider, or the Regional Forensic Psychiatric Center at Torrance State Hospital. The order specifies that the defendant's mental health, medical, school, and other relevant records be accessed for the evaluation.
