Description

Form JU-39 - ORDER OF ADEQUACY / INADEQUACY OF JUVENILE COURT RECORD OF PROCEEDING. This form is used in Alabama juvenile court cases to certify whether the record of a juvenile court proceeding is adequate for purposes of an appeal. After reviewing the compiled record, the juvenile court judge will determine if the record meets the necessary requirements for an appeal under the Alabama Rules of Juvenile Procedure (Rule 28(A)(1)(c)(i)). If the record is found adequate, it is certified as such. If the record is inadequate, the court will indicate this, which could require additional actions or corrections before proceeding with the appeal. www.FormsWorkflow.com
