ABSTRACT OF JUDGMENT. Three (3) original Abstract of Judgment forms must be submitted to the Clerk for issuance of any Abstract of Judgment. The deputy clerk on behalf of the Clerk of the Court will review the information provided in the Abstract of Judgment for accuracy. If the Abstract of Judgment meets all requirements and is found to be true and correct, the deputy clerk will attach a certified copy of the Judgment to the Abstracts, issue the Abstracts, and return two Abstracts of Judgment to the requestor. One Abstract will be retained by the Court for filing on the Court’s docket.
