3254 - SUMMONS DOMESTIC RELATIONS - SCR 101(e) Local Rule 15.06. This form is used in the Circuit Court of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit, DuPage County, Illinois. It is directed to the respondent in a marriage or civil union dissolution case. The respondent is summoned to file an answer within 30 days after service.
