B-C-715 - MALT BEVERAGE SHIPPING REPORT NONRESIDENT VENDOR OR RESIDENT BREWERY. This form is a monthly report required for nonresident vendors or resident breweries that sell malt beverages in North Carolina. It collects information about the total gallons of malt beverages sold in the state during the reporting month. The form must include details such as the invoice date, invoice number, names and addresses of wholesalers, importers, and purchasers, and the gallons sold. The report is due by the 15th day of the month following the month of sale, even if there are no transactions. Copies of invoices must be maintained for three years for audit purposes.
