RI - ADR001 - ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR) – INFORMATION PACKAGE. STIPULATION FOR ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR) (CRC 3.2221; Local Rule, Title 3, Division 2). Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is a way of solving legal disputes without going to trial. The main types are mediation, arbitration, and settlement conferences. This form is used for parties in a legal case in the Superior Court of California, County of Riverside, to agree to participate in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). It allows the parties to choose between court-ordered mediation, judicial arbitration (non-binding), or private ADR options such as mediation, judicial arbitration, binding arbitration, or other specified methods. The form requires signatures from all participating parties or their attorneys and must be submitted along with the Case Management Statement.
