Support Enforcement Order {FOC 6}

FOC 6 -- SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT ORDER. This form used in Michigan judicial circuits is primarily for enforcing child support obligations. It outlines findings from a hearing and issues orders regarding the respondent’s failure to meet support obligations. The court can determine if the respondent is in contempt for failure to pay support, health-care expenses, or to maintain health coverage. The form allows the court to issue a bench warrant, impose costs, require participation in work programs, enforce income withholding, suspend licenses, and impose jail time if necessary.
