Description
ATTORNEY ADMISSION WITHOUT PERSONAL APPEARANCE. This form is used to apply for attorney admission to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee without a personal appearance. The process allows attorneys to complete admission remotely by submitting required documents, including an oath notarized by a notary public, and a motion filed by a sponsor who is already admitted to the court. Once the application is reviewed and approved, and the $249 fee is paid, the applicant is granted filing privileges, and a Certificate of Admission is mailed to their business address.
