CLARK COUNTY LOBBYIST REGISTRATION STATEMENT. Pursuant to Clark County 2.39 which states in part that: Every person who acts as a lobbyist shall, not later than five (5) days after the beginning of the activity, file a registration statement with the County Clerk, Commission Division. It includes sections for providing the lobbyist’s personal and business information, details about the entities they represent, any business associations with current commissioners, and services provided to commissioners or their campaigns in the past year.
