SJ-FL-013 - REQUEST TO DROP/CONTINUE FAMILY CENTERED CASE RESOLUTION CONFERENCE.This form is used in the Superior Court of California, County of San Joaquin to modify the scheduling of a Family Centered Case Resolution Conference (FCCR). This form allows parties, by mutual agreement, to either drop the scheduled FCCR conference (except for the mandatory 18-month conference, which cannot be canceled) or request a continuance for up to one month. To proceed, the parties must have proper service completed and submit a written agreement or letter confirming their decision. They must provide three alternative dates when all parties are available for rescheduling. The form must be filed at least 15 court days before the currently scheduled conference.
