If you receive a Notice of Motion and Motion for Simplified Modification of Order for Child, Spousal, or Family Support (“Notice of Motion”) (form FL-390) from the other party or the local child support agency, you have one of two choices: • Agree with the proposed changes; or • File a response and go to the hearing.
